Fee Schedule for Mobile Notary Public Arizona

GENERAL NOTARY WORK

‘No Charge’ to $10.00
— per Notary signature for an acknowledgment or jurat, or per notarial act for an other or affirmation i.e.

Mobile travel fee (fee based on 1-way travel from San Tan Village Mall using Mapquest)
— 0-5 miles = $ 25.00
— 6-12 miles = $ 35.00
– 13-20 miles = $ 55.00
Over 21 miles = Call for Quote

  • REAL ESTATE CLOSINGS | MORTGAGE APPLICATIONS
    (9 am to 5 pm Mon – Friday. Call for night, holiday and weekend rates)
  • >— Single Loan Package = $150.00                                                   
  • >— Same Day Request: $50.00                                                                                     
  • >— Same Day Cancellation fee: $50.00

 

NOTE: Identification card issued by United States Government or State that is current will be the only form of id accepted :

  • idSome specific types of identification cards accepted, providing they meet all Arizona statutory requirements, are the following:
  • Driver’s License
  • Military Identification Card
  • State-issued Identification Card

Remote Online Notary

RON – REAL ESTATE CLOSING ( Consult with lender/underwriter guidelines prior to submission)

  • Seller Side/Cash Buyer Package: $125.00*
  • Buyer/Refi Closing: $150.00 (Lender must be MERS eRegistry Certified or eVault identified)
  • Same Day Request Surcharge: $50
  • Same Day Cancellation fee: $50
  • Witness/Attendees: $35.00 / person
  • One hour session –> $60/hour thereafter (billed in 30 minutes increments)
